I believe that it is possible for Sony to keep their customers and keep getting more customers if they figure out some ideas to make people feel safer using their products. Another way that Sony can market them to where they get their customers back and even keep getting more customers is to simply compensate them with credits or free game play depending on how much they spent the year before.
